"I have gone to Ruby nails off and on for two years now. A couple of reason for not consistently going to them because their price could get really expensive. Secondly, they say one price and once you are seated and after they are done with your nails they increase the price making you pay more than what they originally said the price would have been at first. I’m just WARNING YOU TO BEWARE if you chose to go to them."
