"Rushed! Took 15 minutes to do a gel mani. Plus didn’t even let me pick my color out before jamming my hands into water. My niece had to hold the colors wheels up for me. Did my daughters mani AND pedi in 20 mins. 40 mins total! My nieces gel mani took about 25 mins by a different employee. But she needed her gel polish taken off. Her person was at least friendly. If your short on time this is the place to go. If your looking for a relaxing spa experience RUN away!! Go elsewhere. The last time I went here was two years ago and I was rushed too. I thought it was because a wedding party had just come in. I was wrong it’s their norm."
