"Had an appointment set for 3 weeks. I show up to have Cindy tell me that Dee Dee is sick. I said I'd wait for her until it was convenient, and she replies that she's too busy AND there's no one else available. How can you not even call your customer to reschedule?!... And why do I even care when I had an experience similar to others where they soak you in acetone and grind you down so hard that you hurt terribly for 3 days afterwards. They disregard you if they cut you. They change your powder sns dip to acrylic just because they say it's easier for them! Well this big tipper and person who never said anything is finally saying NO MORE!"
