"I have been coming to this place for years. The technicians are very sweet and they always do a lovely job, but today I was disappointed that a simple gel manicure that would normally cost $25, now costs $38 due to a price increase. That's a $13 difference...What was more upsetting was that when I made the appointment, I was completely unaware of the price changes. I understand if it is necessary for a business to raise their prices, still the secretaries need to tell customers of these changes. I was lucky to have had my card on me. If I brought cash on me (not knowing what was going on), I would have been screwed."
