"I recently went in before a wedding that was out of town so I specifically went in to get the dip done knowing it has lasted me from other nail salons more than 2 weeks. The guy doing my nails was falling asleep, I kept having to tell him where he was missing spots. I also asked if he could clip a few cuticles and he wouldn’t unless he charged me. I was gone for a week for the wedding and my nails chipped after 2 days. I couldn’t get it fixed out of state because they didn’t have the correct color to match. I went back to the salon asking them to take them off and not charge me, he said he can fix them for free but he wouldn’t be able to take them off for free. Yet, when I was first getting them done the guy said they weren’t going to carry that color anymore so I got lucky! So how is this guy going to fix my color when they don’t even have the correct color! Ridiculous! I would stay far away, they say they care but I could clearly see they were talking about me in another language as they all looked at me while he took the dip gel off. My first experience was also not good, so I should have not given them the 2nd shot."
