"I hate to give a business such a low review but i have no choice here, i went there for a mothers day treat, and i asked for a dark ash brown bayalage (my hair is dark already) i showed pictures to Chelsee and she said it would be fine to do, after the first visit we were impressed, however i went again 07/11/2018 and had Chelsee again, she started by putting dark hairdye on my roots, good start i thought, however, she then bleached my whole head, never checked on the processing, which left my hair like chewing gum and falling out and i quote she called it 'Natures natural haircut* throughout all of this she left the dark root dye on for 3-4hrs, my hair is now really dark an inch at the roots and the rest is yellow and orange, my scalp is flaking and is really really sore, she could see i was visibly unhappy with it, and she tried to gloss over it, she knows it is not what i asked for as i showed her pictures. I have since tried to message the salon 5x and have had no reply."
