"First off the staff is not welcoming at all. When me and my mom got there, we weren’t welcomed at all. We stood at the counter waiting to be greeted and whenever someone finally noticed us we were told the wait would be 40 minutes, which we didn’t mind so we decided to wait. When the guy finally started on my moms pedicure we both noticed that he seemed to have a attitude the entire time. When I voiced my concerns he just ignored me and started talking to someone else while I was speaking to him. The guy then gets up to let someone else finish my moms toes, and doesn’t apologize or say anything, the manager doesn’t even come over to defuse the situation. Because of the way we were being treated we just decide to go somewhere else all together. They ALL need to work on their customer service skills. I will not be returning to this nail salon."
