"If you have ever thought about going to regal nails in Glenville Walmart for a nail appointment think again. My mom and I have come here on and off for years and the service has just gotten worse. Today they messed up our appointment said they could still take us when in reality they couldn’t. Had us start a pedicure together like we wanted and asked for on the phone and then had my mom go get her nails done instead. My mom knew how she wanted her nails and had a picture she showed one girl they said they could do it then when the man went to do her nails he said nope we can’t do it and just kept shaking his head saying no. This place is ridiculous they do what ever is most convenient for them not thinking about the clients."
