"They don't listen here. You tell them that you want something a certain way and they do it how they want to. Not to mention the wait. Even when you're in the chair they leave to do other things and don't even do a good job. Was asked if I wanted my eyebrows done and I said no. Lady persisted that I get them done anyway and that she would just shape them and keep them thick. She left them paper thin and said that once they grew back they would look good. Worst experience ever."
