"Was recommended this place after I got turned down at another nail salon in Poulsbo because they were so busy. I thought, okay, if a professional nail technician recommends this place perhaps it truly is good. IT’S NOT! I should have looked at the reviews online first. I sat in the pedicure chair soaking in the water for probably 30 minutes before a male technician came over. He cut my nails crooked, didn’t file them so that the tips were smooth, left one nail half painted, and got paint all over my cuticles and the surrounding skin. The kicker is that they weren’t busy at all! I counted 5 technicians working and 3 customers in the salon. Like other people have said, I would rate this awful place 0 stars if that were an option. Can’t believe I paid $45 for a mess I had to go home and spend 20 minutes attempting to correct. Don’t waste your money or time here."
