"Says they open at 9:30am. They did not. They finally turned the lights on around 9:45am. I signed in around 9:50. I got seated at 10:03 and I am soaking in cool water that isn't even blue. One of the technicians had been eating and texting ever since I got there. Worst pedicure ever. If there were '0' stars, I would have given that."
