"Was told 10 min. Waited 40. Honestly would have left, but had a tight time commitment. Technicians were very pleasant but super rough. All in all I think the wait plus the roughness soured my experience. Perhaps if you didn’t wait and were used to the type of service it wouldn’t be as bad."
