"I called yesterday to make an appointment. I said anytime was good just preferred early time slots.You asked, 'is 9 OK?' I confirmed you said 9am and I agreed to that time.I arrive at 9, the sign on your door says you open at 10 but I'm assuming since you set the early appointment that means someone will be here.It is now 930, I called a few times to see if someone was there and Nothing... This is my ONLY available day and your salon got great reviews and most salons are already booked up!!!Thanks for nothing 😡"
