"When my regular and FAVORITE nail tech wasn't available, I saw a lady called Van. She cut my fingers multiple times on TWO separate occasions causing an infection on two of my fingernails. I repeat, I now have two infected nails because she somehow cut under my nail. It was bleeding and did not heal properly. I'm really disappointed as I really like this establishment. I don't even know what to do with my nails now. She ruined them."
