"Dropped off my Mother for an appointment. She sat for 10 minutes before one woman who was playing on her cell phone asked some guy to help her. The guy who was cleaning and also on his cell phone said it would be a few minutes. Keep in mind neither of these two were doing anything productive like helping the only customer in the establishment at that time. After 20 minutes a third gal came out from the back, never acknowledged my Mother was even there just simply sat down, and began playing on her cell phone as well. Needless to say my Mother walked out and went to Royal Nails. They were busy but got her right in and did a very good job. The employees at Quality Nails care more about their cell phones than they do about helping anyone."
