"The lady who did my nails, did not only leave the gel uneven on 3 of my fingers, she also left a thick layer of gel polish under almost all of my nails, that gave the feeling of having my nail super glued to the skin underneath. My gel polish was a very light color, so yes, it might be hard to see, but still...that's not an excuse.The gel was also on my cuticles, and after daily applying lotion to my hands, the cuticles 'let go' of the gel, and the gel lifted off of my nails in whole sheets.Exactly 9 days after getting my gel manicure, the gel polish on all 10 fingers lifted, and peeled right off.Based on my experience alone, Q Nails and Spa gets 1 star, because the review will not post without at least 1 star."
