"Service was very bad today was there for more than two hours. The nail technician I had previously was busy after waiting an hour I was assigned to a new young tech who never told me she did not design. After finishing my toes she stated she did not know how to design. I asked the manager if someone else could design my big toes only she spoke in her language laughing and telling me all her techs would be awhile so twenty minutes later the other techs are still taking walk ins. She was rude I handed her my card told the young lady to just polish my two big toes I'm leaving now after more than two hours there. The manager continued to speak in her language looking at me needless to say I left and will never return.I have been going there for a little under 9 yrs year around I guess my money doesn't matter nor good customer service either."
