"Belconnen ACT store - You really put a downer on my daughters bday yesterday. You implied she’d leave without paying even though you were already told I was paying for her- you made her feel like crap on her birthday. Then you did the worst job ever painting her nails and it was her birthday. Who do you think you are to do that to someone. We won’t be going back to get them repainted or ever set foot in your store again. We will tell people about the bad experience we had."
