"By far this is the best nail salon. Billy did an awesome job on my nails. I went in for a fill in from another salon, i wasn't satisfied with the previous salon, Billy got me together. The wait wasn't long (i went in the evening) at all. He took his time, no rushing Or anything. I will definitely recommend Pro-Nails on St. Charles Rk Rd. Billy has a customer for life as long as he continues to give good conversation and excellent service."
