"Takes about two hours to get your nails done unless you are one of their special few clients. Even with an appointment, it will take forever as they are more concerned with someone else leaving. Once you are in a chair, you are no longer a priority. I went there every few weeks for a year until I got fed up. I will never go back. However, if you do have the time to spare, their quality of work is great."
