"If I could give this place a 0 Star I would. The worse place EVER! This is why I patronize AMERICAN nail salons because a lot of these Asian nail shops believe they can speak to you in any way. I dropped my 13 year old daughter off to get a full set because of her bday, and reluctantly brought her here. She was waiting for 3 hours and when I finally came to pick her up, they had not even started her nails. As he begins, he gets to cutting and I advised that it needs to be very short. And simply put, get as close to the skin then use the scissors to cut. Really simple explanation. He begins to speak directly to my daughter asking her what length SHE wanted as if I was not sitting there. She said she wanted them really short. He cuts it the length he thinks will look nice on her hand. I advised him a second time it needs to be shorter, to which he huffed and puffed. He then began to put acrylic on her nails, still being at the length HE wanted. U politely said “hey can you please make them a bit shorter, especially the thumbs and middle finger. He then says loudly and aggressively “you pay first then she can tell me he length she wants this will be the 3rd time I cut!” Excuse me that you didn’t follow instructions the first 2 times. He says he is tired and will not finish her nails and that she can go, it’s free. As if he is doing us a favor by having her leave with half done nails at 9:30 at night. He is still yelling and screaming as we are walking out the door to which I NEVER yelled and advised he needs to work on his customer service, to which he says “I don’t care about you people!” I saw nothing but African American and Hispanic patriots in that salon, yet he doesn’t “care about you people!” NEVER AGAIN! I’be been going to a nice mixed race American Salon that is clean and very sanitary that would NEVER treat any paying customers the way he did. Stop paying your hard earned monies to these salons that don’t care about you; only your money"
