"It may have just been the staff member that I had that was so awful but I went the day before my wedding. She cut open both my heals during the pedicure and a pretty deep gash in my pinky finger while using a nail file. She said did that hurt? Sorry, as there is blood dripping from my finger. She never had me wash my hands. At least she dumped alcohol all over the bleeding gash to kill some germs and burn like hell. She said or sorry again as I teared up.I still had to pay full price and was not in any state of mind to argue with my big day around the corner I was just ready to get far away from there. I was so hoping for a relaxing day at a nail salon. I will never ever be back. I hope others will not have my same fate. Hopefully I can walk in my wedding shoes with bloody cut up heals."
