"Called at 2:15 to make an appointment. I asked for 2:30. They said 2:45. Since I went last week after a recommendation from a Friend. We drove from Highwood to make our 2:45 appointment. We sat for 14 minutes to no conversation from anyone. 2 others walked in with same appointment time. They too were ignored.We said we were leaving. They never apologized etc. My nail needed repair as well. Very dissapointed. Will not go back. They didn't seem to care😞"
