"Customer service is MORE important than the service you provide.Today my wife was told 'we don't have enough time to do a design on your nails' after they had started. How is this possible? When she spoke to the manager, he stated they would not put a design on her nails because 8 months ago, a tech did a poor job on 1 nail and she asked that it be redone.Ladies, I ask you. Should a tech redo a design if they do a poor job? Should they be upset after tipping them?When my wife stated she would not be returning, she was met with an 'OK bye'.In the past 2 years I have spent over $800 on gift certificates for mother's day, birthdays holidays and 'just because' days for my wife. We have referred multiple friends and family members over the years as well. We will all be going elsewhere."
