"Came here with my two kids, a boy and a girl. I let them know when we came all 3 of us would be getting classic mani-pedis. 10 minutes in, my toes are in a pedi bath, but my two kids are just idling despite open chairs next to me, 20 minutes pass, daughter has her toes in a bath, and my 6 year old son is sitting on a chair, 45 minutes since arriving, they still hasn't turned on his bath, despite the fact I directly asked them to start his soak 5 different times. The lady who's started my cubicles then notices that my son picked out a nail polish color too, and laughs at him. My 6 year old boy, feeling left out, and recognizing how unfair the situation is, starts crying. That's when we walked out."
