"I’ve been here once before just after they opened the business. Don’t know why I went back honestly. Last weekend I wanted to get an appointment for the following weekend, so I went there asked for an appointment and the girl at the front desk gave me a business card and said I had to do it by text. Then I asked if she knew about availability for next weekend and she said no. So I texted as soon as I got home and I received and automatic message:Please fill this out:1) Your Name:2)Service:3)Date:4)Time:5)Nail Tech:Your appointment is not official till we contract you back for payment information.I sent the information and nothing no txt back it’s been a week. I also called and the machine says not to call to text blah blah blah... who does that?What’s wrong with just giving and appointment if someone takes the time to go to the nail salon just for an appointment?"
