"My bff's daughter came home from getting her nails done here by Kent and was practically in tears. He was so rude and mean to her. Slapped her hands and yelled at her and wouldn't even out tips or file them the way she wanted. Then the $5 upcharge he sold her to get gel nails ended up being $15 upcharge... RIDICULOUS!! The only reason they get 2 stars is because of the receptionist who was super nice."
