"I went there for the first time yesterday because I heard great reviews. So my friend and I made appointments at 6 pm. We got there before time and didn’t get attended until 7pm! We both asked for full sets. When I finally got attended I told the nail tech I wanted short coffin shaped nails, she refused to do the short instead made them super long when I asked her to cut them down she told me no that they would look ugly, I kept insisting but she refused. She continued doing her thing and when it came down to color, I asked for a specific design that they show on their Instagram page, instead I got something completely different. I did mention it to her and AGAIN she just told me this was better.My friend also got similar treatment except they kept insisting she should just get gel nails because by this point it was already passed 7 which is the time the close.It was the worst experience, I will never return nor recommend them."
