"I came here with high hopes, but left disappointed and shamed. The gentleman who took care of me was rude and had an attitude the whole time he did my mani-pedi. At one point I told him that the polish on my toe was smudged, he copped an attitude and roll his eyes at me. He shaped my nails unevenly and did not cleanedédust my hands after shaping so there's dust and debris under the polish which was visible when I got outside, so I returned to share my finding and they were very intolerant with me. The lady that was trying to help me out was talking to me from her seat, 3 rows down from the front door and the gentleman that took care of me was even further down in the very last seat on the left side. It was embarrassing to be spoken to in that manner and so loudly. They reimbursed me for the polish and I asked him for my already low tip back. I had given him 6$ just because I did not want to stoop to his level, but in the end I just did not appreciate being shamed and talked down in front of other customers. Very unprofessional!"
