"Do not waste your time or money here. I didn’t have the best experience, unfortunately. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure service. I was a walk-in and serviced right away which was great as they were not very busy, only three other women were being helped at my time of arrival. My toes turned out well, only negative was the nail tech was distracted and laughing while using a drill on my toes and started drilling my skin. The entire staff was laughing and talking amongst themselves and ignoring their clients, which I do not think is very good customer service. My gel manicure did not turn out well. The nail tech was very sloppy, rushed and it was painful. She kept arguing with me on my color choice and wouldn’t listen to me regarding what I wanted done. So I gave up and just let her paint my nails white when I wanted a base white with a sparkle over it. Also, don’t bother making a reservation. Two clients with reservations had walked in right after they began working on other services and had to wait. I’m annoyed and wish I had went elsewhere."
