"Terrible. My friend and I bought a Groupon for Unity Nails and spent nearly a month trying to schedule an appointment. The phone was never answered, you had to leave a message and wait for a call back, which typically never came. When we finally got appointments and arrived, the single nail technician there told us that the owner had been trying to contact us all day (a blatant lie as neither of us had missed calls) and had to cancel our appointments. She tried to call the owner when we were there to have her talk to us, but she never picked up. We asked for our money back because at this point neither of us wanted to deal with such terrible customer service, but the technician said we had to deal directly with Groupon. It seems that if you buy through Groupon or something else, they don't care about you at all, or maybe they just don't value customer service. Either way, I would 100% not recommend this salon."
