"the owner is very nice so its hard to write something negative. ive been bleaching / dying my hair for a year now, and never has my hair broken or fallen out in chunks. I asked for my roots bleached couple weeks ago and my hair is still so dry and frail. I’ve been deep conditioning myself but the color is still not light enough. I was planning on bleaching myself again but I must refrain bc my hair is way too brittle and will fall out."
