"SLOPPY. Keeps asking if you want more services after saying no. Lazy hand massage. Doesn’t remove all of previous nail polish (she left my dark brown nail polish in the corners of all my nails). Lazy pushing cuticles back. Lazy nail filing. Just really sloppy for how much it cost."
