"I became a customer 7 months ago and every time I go in, I’m not recognized. They are not consistent with their customer service; by greeting you when you enter. If we are a walk in, please inform us of the approximate wait time......and be realistic. Stop yelling around from your table and asking “my I help you”. Get up and great us. Paris staff, this is NOT good customer service. If you continue to depend on your clients and don’t treat your customers as (potential) clients, you will not last as long as you would like to. To the Mother-slow down For the daughter(s) stop talking laughing so loudly. It’s fine to have a conversation with your client but lower your voice please. It’s suppose to be a relaxing environment.Also, my gel mani always loosen after the first week. Are you using lessor quality products?I CAN’T!!"
