"Never in my life have I dealt with a more unprofessional place of business. If I could give negative stars I would. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get hair extensions at this place. A hefty service that was going to cost me just under $1000. I went in initially to have them put in. They ordered the wrong color. Not really sure how that happens but mistakes happen. No big deal. They reordered he hair. I paid for the hair. I waited for a call on them receiving the hair. They said we will call the following Tuesday. They didn’t. I called Wednesday, I get told there is a delay they’ll call Friday. They did not. I call them now the following week. They received the wrong color AGAIN. Now they’re blaming the hair company. They tell me either they are trying another company or they have to refund me even though. Few weeks ago they could definitely do it. They claimed to get the hair overnighted to them. I call them about it. They tell me they’ll call me once they hear back from the company. So they didn’t even overnight the hair. They don’t call back. They text me to cancel my appointment as they are incapable of getting what they told me they could get now three times. I’m no out almost $400 on the hair and will be awaiting my refund for 2-3 business days. Fingers crossed I even receive that. Completely disgusting and disgraceful place to do business with. I still can’t get over the unprofessional and informal text for cancellation. They made me feel like they did not want my business. It’s fine. I’ll take my business elsewhere."
