"Yesterday (5/5/18), I went to Pantego Nail Salon and Spa for an eyebrow threading. I almost left crying. I asked for eyebrow threading twice. She took me to the room and first put wax in my eyebrow, and I simply informed her a third time that I wanted threading, which the salon clearly advertise on the front of their salon. A different lady came in, and threading my eyebrows so THIN!! I was about to breakdown at that point. I could believe what she did. I gathered my composure and thanked them for their service. I did inform her she made my eyebrows really thin, but she did not acknowledge nor apologize. I HIGHLY suggest nobody goes here to get their eyebrows threaded.Update: This morning, I woke up and almost cried again because well I almost have no eyebrows."
