"My granddaughter had her nails done yesterday there, terrible job nails not the same length, one nail completely lumpy. She wanted gold flakes on the nails, the girl didn't ask her what finger nail she wanted them on, even though she was showed a picture. After she was told she wasn't satisfied with her nails and pointed out the flaws, and the girl said it was her nail beds that were mis-shapen and fixed nothing. Then when she went to pay she automatically decides to enclude a 5$ tip to herself. Never going there again."
