"I arrived at 9:30 opening time. The salon was full. I asked if they could do a mani pedi and how long the wait was. They told me 15-20 minutes. It’s now been 55 minutes and they have not started. They put me in a pedicure chair 15 minutes ago and had me soaking my feet. My feet are now prunes and water is cold. This is my first visit here. I noticed people that have made appointments coming in and they are waiting also. The girls next to me that made an appointment have been waiting 30 minutes so far and they had an appointment. They need to manage this place better and just be honest with people. If the wait is going to be an hour just say it. But then I feel if they told you to come back in an hour your probably would still be waiting. No I will not be back. I like platinum nails in Muskego."
