"For a while, Orange Pearl was my go to place. Knowledgeable staff meant I could get my hair cut by anyone and I would get an adequate cut. However, the prices aren't set. The cost of a haircut or any service is based on the stylists experience. So as a stylist continues to work, her work increases in price. Thus, once I found someone I wanted to stick with, her services quickly fell outside of my budget. As a result, I won't be going back to this salon. I like to build a relationship with my stylist but that isn't an option at Orange Pearl. Being able to budget is even more important to me. Orange Pearl is kind of like prices roulette: they will get the job done, but the cost for the service is always a gamble."
