"I called 3 days ago as a new client, asking for a call back to schedule an appointment for a fill and pedicure. Still waiting for a call. However, I've moved on and won't try again. Unless she is out of the country or having some kind of serious issue, there is no excuse for not calling back. Even if she wasn't taking new clients or didn't have any openings, she could have returned my call. Unprofessional and totally RUDE!!!!"
