"The absolute worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I clearly explained what I wanted my nails to look like, even showed a picture to the gentleman doing my nails. I even asked him to confirm he could meet my expectations, if not then I’d just do a no chip and be done. Of course, he assured me he could do it. Soon as he started with the acrylic/gel I knew he had no clue what he was doing. I kept telling him he wasn’t doing what I asked for...he kept telling me he wasn’t done yet. When I asked for a manager I was told there wasn’t one. I left there with nails that look like they were done my a child, Cuticles destroyed by his lack of knowledge, and my fingers sore for several days following this visit. This place should be shut down! The salon is filthy disgusting, staff is less than skilled, and never once did I see anyone using tools that had been cleaned and sanitized. Apparently no one actually runs the place which is plenty obvious."
