"I was hesitant due to low ratings, but mine and my friend’s experience was great. We are in Anchorage for work and had a couple of hours to kill before flying back to Seattle. We walked in for pedis and made an appointment since there wasn’t availability for another 45 minutes. We walked around for a bit then came back, were seated immediately, and were taken care of at the same time. The whole experience took about half an hour and I feel relaxed and pampered. Sorry for everyone who has had bad experiences, but it seems uncommon. Don’t let the bad reviews stop you from enjoying a nice mani pedi."
