"So I've been coming here for a while and there's always been little problems that I have overlooked but recently when I have gone in to get my acrylic nails done the have cut my cuticles and basically shaved the sides of my nail where the skin is. They have been very rough and whenever they do cut me the don't apologize the just hand me a paper towel with rubbing alcohol which hurts. However, my nails always turn out really nice they're just very rough, and I end up leaving with bloody cuticles and that's enough for me to never come back."
