"I’m debating weather or not to get a new set here. I’ve never gone here and the mixed reviews make it complicated. Especially because some say they are sloppy and charge for gel with just regular polish. I have a 30$ budget. And I don’t expect a lot. Just want a short set with regular polish. What should I do?"
