"If you show up at an establishment and ask for a service, it is nice to be forewarned of how long the wait will be. I asked for a pedicure, was welcomed on in, then left sitting at the empty tub for 20 minutes with not another word. So I left. I could have spent that time traveling to another place that would have welcomed my business. I will never give them my business. Also, their prices are just a bit higher than the other establishments nearby."
