"I agree with others who say that a few here are good, but the rest are horrible. I've gone at least three times and was never thrilled with the quality of the work. The last time I went, I got a hot stone massage and was burned. I was nice about it, and was even going to go back with my daughter (not for hot stone!). We were less than ten minutes late for our appointment and they rudely told me in front of everyone in there that I should have called and should come another time. I called later to ask to speak to the owner and was told 'they not here. they never here.' It shows."
