"My wife (who is white) went there and she saw them turn away a black woman because they 'were too busy'. When my wife walked up to the counter AFTER they turned away the black woman, the staff told my wife to have a seat and they would be with her. The black woman said to my wife 'oh, you must have an appointment.' The staff then said 'YES - she has an appointment.' My wife did NOT have an appointment and told that to the staff and the black woman. UNBELIEVABLE RACISM. My wife walked out without getting her nails done and she will not return to this RACIST, IGNORANT business."
