"Unfortunately have to give 2 stars. My nail tech was very unsanitary and used dusty tools from his “soiled” container. Friendly, but very rough with my nails. I don’t know if I have an infection yet but my nails are most definitely super sore and painful. Didn’t push back cuticles, was on his phone in the beginning. Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately it was just not a great experience. My natural nails are so screwed."
