"I have been a customer for about 2 years and I have always been patient with them. I have had instances where I have waited over an hour and a half to be serviced and I did not say a word. Today has however left a bad reception for me. I Was told 1 price by the technician for my nails when time came to pay I was then charged an additional $35 to what I usually paid. I was absolutely floored, but still I gave her my card. When she came back I ask whats with the price difference she then tried to explain the math to me that she realized did not add up she then said oh sorry.... as a regular customer I am very concerned as to how a mistake as that could have been overlooked. If I had not asked about this price difference I would never have known that I was completely overcharged.Edit: When I asked the price I was told $45.I have never been charged $15 for a design on my finger, nor was I refunded for the overcharge. I simply left knowing I was overcharged. I did not receive a refund for anything.I’m not sure how you were able came up with a cash refund that was never given to me. Please feel free to check your cameras"
