"I went here on 7/13/18 and long story short I am disgusted with their treatment of customers. There was a woman who had been waiting for a pedicure much longer I was yet I was taken first. When the woman asked why I was helped first when she had been sitting there waiting twice as long as I was. The manager told her that the tech doing the nails chose me because I would tip better than her. This was the second time I've ever been in this salon. I am white, the other customer is black. Another customer observed the whole thing and when she was leaving she addressed the manager and he said that the tech chose me because white people tip better. I am disgusted that 1, the tech chose me because he THOUGHT I would tip better because I'm white, and 2, that the manager allowed it to happen in 'his' salon and then admitted it unapologetically!! When I was done I also addressed the manager and told him that he needs to manage the salon properly and not allow a customer to sit there feeling as horrible as I'm sure she did, and then to flat out tell her and everyone else that it's because the guy didn't think she would give a good tip. Do your job!! He claimed he told the tech that he 'was going to cause problems' yet did nothing to stop it from happening. I am never going to this salon again or any that are owned by the same person. Apparently they own a handful around Middletown and none of them will ever receive my business."
